Advising & Registration

Autumn 2008 semester


1. Students selected for admission for Autumn 2008 will have to complete their advising and course registration on Monday 4th August & Tuesday 5th August’08 from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

2. The students will have to complete their course registration between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM with the respective advisors. The advisors will be located at the Library Building (ground floor, House- 6, Road-14 Baridhara ).

3. There will be an ‘Orientation Programme’ on Saturday 16th August at 10:30 AM (83 Suhrawardy Avenue, Baridhara); all new students must attend this programme.

4. All provisionally admitted students will be given provisional admission for ‘Autumn 2008’ semester only. Within this period they have to produce the required documents to regularize their admission from provisional to regular. Otherwise the university reserves the right to cancel their admission.

5. All fees have to be paid during the allotted dates at the mentioned bank booths. Bank, branch names and dates will be written on your pay slip.



6. All students of IUB must have valid student ID card in
their possession.

7. Autumn 2008 classes will commence from Sunday 17th August’08.
Fees Structure:
Admission Fees- Tk.15,000/-
Course Fee @ Tk. 4,000/-
per credit hourOther charges – Tk. 5,000/-
In total for Autumn 2008:Tk. 68,000/- only.
